Products purchased from Proline are covered by the 2-year legal warranty, unless a specific product or applicable legislation provides otherwise.
The warranty period starts from the date the goods are delivered to the consumer.
As Proline operates as an online store and does not maintain a physical retail location for customer visits, warranty claims are first submitted remotely by phone or email.
After the claim is submitted, the customer receives instructions on where and how to bring or send the product for inspection.
The customer may be asked to provide order-identifying information and a description of the defect.
If the goods are defective, the consumer may request, as provided by law, free repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract and a refund.
The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the defect, the possibility of remedying it, and the applicable legislation of Georgia.
The customer sends or delivers the product independently in accordance with the instructions provided by Proline.
If a warranty case is confirmed, the necessary costs related to repair, replacement or another remedy provided by law are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation.
If inspection shows that the case is not covered by warranty, the related costs may be borne by the customer.
If the defect cannot be remedied, reoccurs, or repair/replacement cannot be carried out within the legal framework, the consumer may have the right to request replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Refunds and other legal consequences are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
If an initial or manufacturing defect appears shortly after purchase and is confirmed through inspection, the matter is handled as a priority in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.
Depending on the case, the outcome may include repair, replacement, or another remedy provided by law.
Before submitting a device for warranty inspection, the customer is responsible for backing up personal data, photographs and any other information stored on the device.
Proline is not responsible for the loss, deletion or alteration of data stored on the device if this is connected with diagnostics, repair or technical inspection.
If you have questions about warranty terms, please contact us at info@proline.ge or +995 598 164 880.
These warranty terms must be interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia. If there is any inconsistency, the law shall prevail.
