These Terms and Conditions define the main rules for using the Proline online store and regulate the relationship between Proline Group LLC and the customer.

Customers may purchase products directly through the website, including by using online payment methods when such functionality is available at checkout, or place an order by providing the required contact and delivery information.
When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including name, phone number, delivery address and any other mandatory details requested during checkout.
Once the customer completes checkout and the payment is successfully initiated or made, the order is recorded as received in the system; however, final processing and fulfilment begin only after additional verification by the company.
The company verifies the order details, stock availability, price, payment status and other required data. Only after that verification will the customer be contacted regarding the final confirmation of the order and the next steps.
If, after processing the order, an issue is identified in relation to stock availability, an obvious pricing error, a payment-related technical issue or any other objective circumstance, the company may contact the customer to clarify the details and offer an appropriate solution.
Customers may also view the current status of their order in their profile, under the orders section.
Product prices are displayed in GEL unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific page.
Customers may pay using the payment methods available on the website, including online payment, if such functionality is active at the time of checkout.
The company may update prices due to technical, commercial or supplier-related changes. However, an order already received remains subject to the price shown at the time the order is completed, except in the case of an obvious technical error. Before final confirmation, the company additionally verifies the payment and other material circumstances.
The standard estimated delivery period is 3-5 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer separately.
For orders with a product value of GEL 100 or less, the standard delivery fee is GEL 5. Standard delivery is free for orders with a product value exceeding GEL 100.
Delivery timing and conditions may vary depending on the destination, the nature of the order, non-standard size or weight, remote areas, force majeure or other operational circumstances. In such cases, the company will provide updated information within a reasonable time.
If, after processing the order, it becomes clear that the product is temporarily unavailable or additional time is required, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative solution or the option to cancel the order.
Products are covered by the applicable warranty terms described on the product page, in documentation or in related communication.
Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with Georgian law and the company’s internal procedures.
The company processes personal data only to the extent necessary for order handling, delivery, communication and legal compliance.
If the user provides marketing consent, the company may send marketing emails (promotions, updates, special offers).
