Below is an overview of the payment methods currently available on the Proline online store and the main information related to payment security.
Customers may choose from the payment methods available on the Proline online store at the checkout stage.
Available methods may be updated from time to time due to technical, commercial or payment-partner changes. The active methods are always shown during checkout.
Online payments on the website are processed through a secure payment provider. If the card payment option is available at checkout, customers may pay by Visa or Mastercard, as well as by Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported by the customer's device, browser and payment environment.
When paying online, the customer is redirected to a secure payment environment or shown a secure payment form where card details are entered or a digital wallet payment is confirmed. Proline does not store the customer's full card details in its own systems.
Customers may also choose bank transfer to the company account, where that method is available during checkout.
In such cases, the customer receives the relevant information by invoice or follow-up communication, and the transfer must be made using the provided bank details. Where necessary, the order number or another provided identifier must be included in the payment reference.
After checkout is completed, including successful online payment or initiation of a bank transfer, the order is first recorded in the system and then goes through the company's internal verification stage.
The company additionally verifies the payment status, order details, stock availability and other necessary circumstances. Only after that verification will the customer be contacted and the order finally confirmed.
If a technical issue, delayed transaction or another objective circumstance arises during the payment process, Proline may contact the customer to clarify the details and offer an appropriate solution.
Customers may view the current status of their order in their profile, under the orders section.
Proline aims to use secure payment channels and protect customer personal data in accordance with applicable law and relevant technical standards.
When paying online by card, customers should use only the official website and must not share payment-related data with third parties.
